Grupotel Molins

Fine if you were with small children. Went with my wife and we checked out early it was so bad. AC in room didn’t work, bathroom flooded all over the floor, said they were out of towels at the pool. Told us we could pay €5 for breakfast but it was actually €20. Staff was not helpful and lied multiple times

Great staff and great location as far as access to local small beach. Hotel amenities are limited but you come here to relax and lay down under the sun. Not much to do for the kids except playing in the pool or at the each. Although the buffet at the hotel is incredible, there are very limited dining out options in the area. Staff was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Oscar at the reception went out of his way and prepared me and my son a breakfast at 6 am. Great people!

The property is located in a quiet town and is perfect if you are looking to disconnect and relax. Despite that, we were able take advantage of many activities offered in the area, i.e. scuba, scooters, biking, tennis, etc. The location and views are incredible. Hotel itself is well maintained/updated and super clean. Stuff is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make you satisfied. Breakfast was great and dinner buffet didn't disappoint. But, if you're looking for great food experience, I recommend going to neighboring towns: Port de Pollença and Pollenca Old Town: Swing, Stay, Respira among many others. The only aspect the hotel can improve is their taxi policy. They charge per room if you order through reception. So, if you have a group/family split into different rooms, you will be 2x or 3x of the regular cost. Overall, fantastic vacation and we highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay at Grupotel Molins. The beach proximity was really our biggest draw since we have a very active 1 year old. We stayed in a large suite which was perfect for our son to sleep in one part, and my husband and I in the other. Food at the hotel was great and so easy to find something for our little one to eat. My only recommendation would be to add a kid’s club or play area of sorts. There were so many kids at this hotel and the pool really wasn’t child friendly as it was fairly deep. However, we still had an outstanding stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
