Myseahouse Hotel Neptuno

Great staff - the housekeeper was stellar. The servers were kind and attentive. Pilar was kind and did an excellent job in surprising my husband for his birthday. The cake was fabulous and the prosecco was nice too. Honestly, the only down was the kids partying all night around the hotel, but this is not in the hotel's control. Would recommend the hotel for sure!

Myself and my 8 yr oldarrived in the hotel in the afternoon from the airport. We were greeted by this initially confused receptionist and then he was quite nonchalant. He asked "how long you stay madam?" 3 times! I stated I had paid for a week and inquired if he had a problem and was told yes! He had a room but it was "not good" that was my room. To get a better room I'd have to pay on top of what I had paid.!! I looked at the room and it smelled like 100 cigs per day were smoked in it and it overlooked a big construction site. So I said I can't go into that room. So he said if you go to another hotel for a night I'll give you a nicer room. I had no option so we got into a taxi arrived to the other hotel and there was a problem!!! Adult only the receptionist from hotel neptuno hadn't noticedthat I was a single lady with child! Back into a taxi and back to the hotel. So what now miraculously a room is available! After an hour and a half of stress he says sorry!! The room was lovely however overlooking a Mega Park with music pumped all day and night. The food and service was good but I would be happy not to stay there again!

I just had a great week at Neptuno and would recommend this hotel to couples or singles travelling with party, sun and beach in mind. However the partying in this hood is in the germanian way, far far away from the posh ibiza-like beachclubs with exclusiveness as a brand. However, this hotel have a poolarea that come at least close to this exclusive style, but when you have the bouncing Megapark as a neighbour you can hear german youngsters chanting along on the national hits. I went halfboard and this was a winner! The personell working with the food and service was in general topnotch! Two or three gentlemen out if the staff was completely amazing and belonged more to a fivestar (!) complex when it comes to service and attentiveness. Fantastic! Food was varied during the week, but if longer than a week I would suggest maximum a week of halfboard due to variety. Poolgirl was also 5-star, totally. She catered as a lifeguard and kept the area in perfect trim! There is a good part of the beach just over the street so close to dip in the med. Clean room. Nothing to add there. I had a full frontal seaview. Lovely! Party stops late late (!) in the night but with double doors to the outside this didnt bother me. Though you hear very well in between the rooms. Was ok. This is probably one of the best hotels for what you pay for in El Arenal-area. If you are looking for a quiet vacation or want a posh surrounding, choose another area
