Protur Turó Pins Hotel

Lovely hotel with lots of friendly staff. Great facilities and really clean. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety, as does the evening meal. But still plenty of really good local restaurants around. Our daughter loved the mini disco they do every night for the little ones followed by evening entertainment every night for the adults.

Very well kept and we'll run property. Very professional staff and all the premise is spotless. This is highly recommended, especially for families

Rooms are very comfortable, booked the select room with larger balcony, worth the extra money as very large balcony. General feel of overall hotel is of a very high standard. Entertainment was enjoyable, with a mini disco at 8.30pm and the an adult show at 9.30pm for 1 hour. Something different each night, singers, magic, circus performers. Kids club was from 10am to 12 each day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxed hotel atmosphere and not a full on environment over run with kids.

Excellent hotel for a family vacation

Our second time staying here - the staff could not have been more accomodating, the hotel is in a fabulous location, and when in the central areas, it really feels like a little oasis of calm! The room we stayed in definitely had one of the better views but was definitely in need of a bit of a make over (decor and furniture looked exactky the same as when we stayed in 2018) - there was quite a bit of wear and tear if you looked for it - but definitely not anything worth complaining about! There seemd to be a lot more kids there this time, so it was a bit noisier - and the food wasn't QUITE as special as our previous stay - perhaps due to catering for a lot more kids! However, we had a wonderful time - and the staff made us feel very special. we went elsewhere in 2019, and it felt great to 'come back' here :)

It's an excellent hotel for families.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t be more attentive to our needs or the children’s. We particularly would like to thank the Reception team for the recommendations, Tony, Pepe and their team at the restaurant for looking after us so well ! And another warm thank you to Jada for entertaining the children. They loved the daily activities but the highlight was also disco dance. Thank You you are a gem !

Fantastic hotel. I stayed ther with my family. The kids are 7, 4 & 2 and we all loved it. The rooms are in great shape. Pool area is nice and there was always sun beds available even though the hotel was fully booked. Food was great. I can highly recommend it if you want a good family hotel but not stay in a big resort. The staff was very friendly.

We had a excellent stay with the family! Hotel, room, staff and service were very good! I would highly recoomend this hotel especially for families with kids, as they have everything to make your vacation great at this hotel.

I'd happily rate this an excellent four star hotel, but compared other hotels in the resort, it's not yet the five star hotel it claims to be. We are a family of four with 2 young children. The junior family suite was small with one main bedroom which the kids had and a pull out sofa bed, which for 10 nights was uncomfortable for us to sleep on. The hotel charged a daily rate for the in room safe. I find this incomprehensible for a 5 star hotel. In saying that the location of the hotel is ideal for a family. It's away from the centre of the resort but within easy walking distance of the port, the centre and the lovely Cala Agulla beach. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the food is plentiful and varied. The pool areas are also excellent with a lifeguard on duty between 10am and 6pm. If the rooms accommodated a family of four better (i.e. there was a bed and not a sofabed in the junior suites or adjoining rooms) then we'd book again immediately.
