Great hotel, with a intimate and cosy look. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and very clean. Coffee was also Very good. Service is what really stands out here, being this a family owned hotel, they really put the best to make you feel like home.

This hotel is a gem hidden up a small hill in Banyalbufar. It is a family run hotel run by the sweetest people in the world. They make you feel well from the moment you arrive. This hotel is situated in a quiet place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and very clean! The food is excellent, everything from fresh products served for breakfast, and not to mention the lady who is cooking all day in the restaurant bringing out one sensational dish after another. Everything top quality, and also at good prices. This place is highly recommendable, and there are great walks to be made in the mountain with GR 221 starting just outside the hote. Thank you to all of you for making my stay a brilliant one!

We enjoy our stay in Son Borguny. It is just like to stay at your friends' or family members' place while our first met. Their room is cute as the town Bañalbufar. The breakfast is really tasty and I just missed it very much. Please do not worry if you drive a big car. It is easy to use the public parking lot very close to the hotel. Thou they don't have elevators but they are willing to help guests to move the baggages upstairs. 我們非常享受在這裡住宿的每一個晚上。飯店主人非常親切好像住進自己朋友或親戚家裡一樣自然。房間非常可愛，就好像這個小鎮給人的感覺一樣~ 早餐非常好吃，我吃到在西班牙吃到過最美味的可頌和番茄麵包，至今難忘。 如果開了比較大的車子來也不需擔心，離飯店不遠有公共停車場可以停放，也有捷徑不需要爬山路和樓梯將行李推至飯店(如果對位置不熟悉，建議可以先有人到飯店找他們幫忙解決停車和卸行李的問題)。雖然飯店沒有配備電梯，但他們很樂意幫助我們上下行李！

This is a lovely, family run hotel in a quiet little village. Comfortable bed, breakfast was a real treat, and the view from the 'Junior Suite' is fantastic. Given that Banyalbufar is generally quite expensive, the hotel is reasonable value for money. We ate in the restaurant one evening too, which was also quite, expensive but reasonable value (other restaurants are similarly priced). The only complaint is that the Junior Suite is not what I would define as a suite at all. I would expect a separate seating area, a little more room, and maybe a fridge. Because I was expecting more, I felt a little disappointed which was entirely inappropriate because it was pretty much perfect.

Super nice family-owned little hotel in the mountains. Very nice chatting with the staff and great dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Overall a very authentic and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for something else than the all inclusive resorts. The drive to the hotel from Palma is beautiful and if you are into hiking, there are several routes close by. The last stretch of the road up to the hotel is very narrow and steep (they are serious when they say don’t come with a big rental car), but they were extremely nice to offer us to park for the night. We were told if you are staying for longer than one night, they take the time to teach you how to manage the parking.
