Perfect location! Every receptionist we met was very friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The junior suite had king sized bed with 2 full baths, clean and comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and well maintained. Lots of little shops in old town charm.

Late check in service is horrible!! We had requested so many times of late checkin instructions but we didn't receive any email! we had called hotel but NO one pickup the phone! at last minute of arrival we had to contact hotel.com to find out how to get in the hotel and we were told that there was a security guard helped us get in BUT when we arrived at midnight no one was there! Six of us were almost sleeping on street!!..... we booked three rooms three families for two nights, and during our stay, the evening was so loud that the noise from the street. After we checked out, we found that we left two jackets in the closet and sent message immediately even provided room #. And No further answers from front desk!!
