I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. We chose this hotel due to location and also the luxury of it from my mother‘s 90th birthday. The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never stayed six nights in a hotel before and when I left, I felt like I was family.. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever and they exceeded all expectations Would like to, especially give a shout out to Oscar, bartender, Andres, and Alberto. There are so many more that I did not get their names, but these three stood out for going above and beyond customer service and friendliness. See you in May 2025

Great location, but the room is small. Bathroom is small but the biggest problem for me was that the bathroom shower is see through but covered with a curtain. So if someone opened a curtain (think a naughty kid) can see a person showering, it’s the most bizarre thing I have seen in a hotel room

Great hotel for weeklong family vacation in Sevilla. Walked to most major attractions and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Included breakfast was awesome with buffet and cooked to order options. Heated pool was great for kids to splash in the middle of days even in late February.

The hotel has been tastefully decorated. However the basic facilities need to be updated and maintenance is not good. Our children's room had a damp smell the entire time due to water logging issues which were only partially resolved. Showers would constantly over flow due to design issues with the shower. We cannot leave anything to charge since the power to the room would automatically get cut off when the guest leaves the room or even when in the room, reading quitely for instance without moving. Lobby and rooms were tastelfully decorated.
