Iberostar Málaga Playa

Very nice pool area. And right by the beach where you can rent beach chairs. There was also a water park for children. The rooms are roomy and clean.

We came for the first time to this hotel. When we arrived the person at the reception was friendly but just checked in without explaining the accomodations. Where we have to go for breakfast or how to go to the beach. That was a pitty. The food at the hotel is really nice and you have a lot of choice. Every evening there is a theme for dinner. The personal in the restaurant and at the pool are really friendly and nice to kids. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Every day they came with fresh food or ice cream at the pool for free for everyone. In the pool the kids cannot use a floatable toy although it's a family hotel and the pool is really big. Overall it was a nice holiday and we had a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed the activities for both children and adults. There should be kettles in the rooms. The free filtered water was excellent. The buffet was one of the best we have visited, but a bit crowded.

Very well organised and well appointed family hotel. We had an apartment with half board but all inclusive is available. The apartment had a basic kitchen and there’s a supermarket almost opposite. There’s direct access to the beach from the swimming pool area. Travelling with a coeliac and Spain, and this hotel in particular, seems very well set up for gluten-free eating.

Lovely family trip to the Iberostar All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodation throughout Facilities are lovely and there are lots of activities to get involved in the day Only issue we had was the reduced drink choice in the restaurant but this was rectified by bringing our drinks to the restaurant from another bar.

Comfortable clean rooms and amenities. Entertainment all day for kids and adults. Large pool, plenty of sunbeds. Variety of foods in restaurant. Good location.

Good hotel but too familyfriendly for me. Many families eith small children that were schouting and running around in the breakfast room. But the breakfast selection was great.

We are a family with 3 year old thinking garden would be nice.. but it turns out the grass condition isn’t great. We don’t use the garden at all. Room 134 is quite cold as it will get sun in the afternoon only. Everything is as good as what you can see in the photos. One main advantage is the shower/bath water is very strong in this room.

Nice hôtel right on thé beach but very very family orientated so would not suggest for people looking for a stay on the quieter side. Also all of the restaurants on site are buffet style with most guests going all inclusive so this made it extremely busy and not very relaxing if you did choose to dine at the hotel. Plenty of restaurant options on the beach but would be nice if there was one a la carte restaurant option on sight.
