LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeepers went above and beyond to provide us with all the amenities we needed, including fresh towels. We had such a positive experience that we're definitely planning to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. We are a family of three and it had everything we needed. A great buffet breakfast, clean rooms with great beds, and the street food in Myeongdong was super close and delicious! Would stay again and highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is excellent. This is my second stay at this location and it was so good I will be back. The room was nice and efficient. The staff is the best part of the hotel. The housekeeper Mrs. Lee had my room clean and organized daily. She was so kind and always had a smile on her face. Andrew and Mr.Yoon were personable and made an effort to learn your name and greet you daily. They were able to provide me with several recommendations that ranged from places to eat or shop. Always arranged for a taxi or mapped out my subway or bus routes. This kind of atmosphere has brought me back and will bring me back again. My ten day stay was so enjoyable it felt like I had a family there despite being so far away from my own. I hope the hotel is proud of these employees and all of their hard work.

The hotel is old and tired; it definitely needs a refresh. The staff is extremely kind and professional. The gym needs more equipment, such as a pull-up bar and additional weights. The carpet feels old and has a smell. Sometimes, I catch a whiff of cigarette smoke, but I can't locate its source. This hotel is suitable for families with kids, but not ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for fun.

Great hotel in a very central location. Very attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful and were accommodating of our kids food allergies.

Very nice for our family trip. Would stay here again. We did not eat any meals in the hotel because they were pricey. But, there are lots of cafe's and restaurants around the hotel.

Good location, convenient yet quiet staffs are nice professional this place is cleaner than the other family hotel. Original hotel is more than 50 yrs old. Thank you expedia so far my trip has been good with your help.
