LOTTE City Hotel Mapo

This is my second stay at the Lotte Mapo location. I left a 5 star review on my first stay about a week ago which made me book again at this hotel. This time however there is a few flaws. We checked in to the deluxe family twin room for 3 nights. The desktop light stand light bulb was missing, digital safe box was not in the drawer where it was supposed to be, Called the front desk and they brought the light bulb and the safe. After staying 1 night, I noticed slight bathroom odors and found several black molds in the shower tiles. Again called the front desk and they switched to the same type of room on the different floor. Problem solved. But we had to bother to re-pack our suitcases.

Highly recommended to everyone! Spacious family twin great for families with teen kid. Everything is superb. I like this hotel better Lotte Hotel Seoul. Two thumbs up! I will definitely book again. I almost forgot to mention friendly staff : )
