Everything was nice, excellent location, peaceful and quiet room. Very helpful staff, and a nice gym with enough plates for a proper’ish workout (no real squat rack, just a smith rack + additional 20 kg bar, so good enough).
Stayed in a standard twin, visitors should be aware that there is no door on the bathroom, so when traveling with kids, keep in mind. All in all, great value. Walking distance from myeongdong street, 200 meters from metro line 2

The hotel advertising is misleading as the pool (in the hotel) is not free for staying guests. The pool cost is 16500 KW per person for 2 hours.
This information was not posted or informed when we checked in. We picked the hotel due to the location but also with the swimming pool so our kids can relax after a morning of walking around sight-seeing.
I'm very disappointed in the hotel and I still have 4 more days to stay. Hopefully, nothing else is incorrectly advertise.

What a FANTASTIC hotel, huge, comfortable rooms, great beds, kind staff. It’s less than five minutes to the 1 and 2 subway lines, and a quick walk to Namdaemun Market. The place gets quiet on the weekend and some of the nearby shops close because it’s the financial district, but it’s so easy to get to and from the airport. Front staff was so helpful, called a van taxi for us because we were a family with a lot of luggage. Amazing value for the money. I’ll definitely come back here. Only small complaint was there are only 2 elevators for 23 floors, so sometimes getting to it from the room to the lobby could take longer than expected. The rainfall showerhead was so nice! Honestly I looked forward to going back to the hotel every time we went on an outing. Completely recommend!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We, family of 4 had a pleasant stay at ENA suite. The staff speaks English and very helpful if you have any questions. It’s very convenient to Namdaemun market and the restaurants at the area are great with many local restaurants rather than tourist restaurants. There is a coin laundry and dryer but only 1 which cost 5000 won each used for each one. Very convenient for some travellers.

Traveled with family. Did not have access to other rooms as elevator would only recognize key holders floor. Family was on different floors.

We were a family of 4 and booked a room with a bedroom and a living room. You can't beat the view! The best hotel view I have ever stayed in. Period. However, I was honestly grossed out to stay in the room.
The entire room felt like nobody had cleaned in a long time. The walls were nasty, the bathroom nasty, and worse: no housekeeping at all for 8 nights stays.
If we decided to have an un room eating, the floor and the tables would stay dirty. We would need to call daily for new cups for morning coffee. Someone would Bring the cups but refuse to take the dirty ones.
They claimed it was because of Covid-19. Which was not an issue anywhere on other hotels we stayed during this holiday season in Asia. On day 6 I asked if someone would please vacuum the carpet and they sent someone. On day 5 someone started brining daily towels which helped. Overall, location and view are great - I am shocked that they let the cleaning aspect of a VERY OLD carpet, wall, bathroom stay this way.

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights in a triple room in December.
Pros:
- clean and comfortable
- location (2 min walk to City Hall subway stop)
- friendly staff (helpful in booking taxis when I couldn't on Kakao T)
- good and affordable restaurants at your doorstep
Cons:
- limited closet space so had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcases
- adequate but small bathroom

As this hotel was a VIP property, I was surprised that I was not offered any perks when there were no room upgrades.
The suite I got was very spacious and clean. In general, I have no complaints and my family enjoyed our stay.
However, I would suggest the hotel to provide more hangers in the closets. Since there was a kitchenette, it would have been nice to provide utensils and plates/bowls.
