Acube Hotel

Good location, good staff , clean rooms We were family of 4 - received top floor family room Room is spacious , clean, no noise , sufficient amenities & safe Front desk staff very nice & helpful Location may not be the top choice for shoppers but there is subway entrance about 2 minutes walk - once in the subway train = accessible anywhere There is 24 he convenience store ( CU) about 2 minutes walk ~~ convenient for anything ! Price is reasonable ~~ enjoy our stay in this Hotel , thank you!

Acube was the perfect hotel for our stay. We needed a room for 2 adults and 3 small children and stayed in a room with 3 double beds. It was a nice size as a lot of the hotels in Seoul seem to have a very cramped space with multiple beds. Acube had a little extra room and we were fine staying there for 5 nights. In my view the breakfast in the lobby was perfect, enough to get you going for the day. If you need to gorge out on breakfast buffet so you don't need lunch then it won't be for you. If you want a typical asian buffet it won't be for you. But I loved it. Wifi in the room was excellent, we used it to stream multiple devices at same time at night with no issue. Staff were helpful and went out of their way when we had a couple of requests. There was a well known Korean drama TV show shooting in the street behind the hotel outside our window when we were there so that added to the fun. Just on the next street corner (100m away) is the entrance to the green metro line station. Be aware it is then a 5 min walk underground to the actual station. It is easy enough but just good to know what to expect. Acube is basically positioned half way between two metro stations. You can also walk back to Dongdaemun where there is a lot more going on than the immediate area around the hotel which is fairly quiet. To us this was way better than say staying in the middle of Myeongdong and having craziness all around you as soon as you walk out the hotel lobby.

Location is out of the way that need to take public transport to reach the shopping areas. But it does offer a big & clean room for my family of 4.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful reception - especially the day time staff. They certainly go the extra mile to help you. Housekeeping is also excellent. Local area is not bad but we are with very young children so that’s a bit of a walk for them from the stations, but would have been very good for adults.
