I checked in on Christmas eve at 11am. I told the front desk that I have 5 members though I booked a 4 person room. The front desk guy sacastically asked "if I am kidding". I am ready for pay for extra pax and we prefer to stay as a family. I think customer service should explain policy politely and not mock at your customer.

I stayed here with my family and really enjoyed our stay. The location is great- right near Kwangjung market and walking distance to Insa-dong. The family room for 4 people is a bit small.

Classy hotel. The family room had 2 slightly- bigger than twins and 1 almost king. Nice place with coffee/tea and a small refrigerator. Close to famous shopping area called Gwangjang Market and Jongno-5-ga and exit gate 1. Head down about 2-3 blocks and go right. Then another block or two and the hotel is on the right. Coffee shops nearby: Monster and Starbucks.
