It’s an okay hotel in Jeonju. Better than other motels. Recommended for family trip.

I have traveled 11 times to Korea and have never had such a miserable experience. The rooms are tiny, the walls are paper thin, the staff is beyond rude, and there are ridiculous rules, such as "No outside food in the rooms". You cannot control the room temperature and it was stifling. Cheap materials abound, and a plastic panel fell off the wall exposing dangerous wires. There is no PC (rare in South Korea). I had to check out at midnight, because a child was crying in the next room and it sounded like the kid was in my bathroom, the walls are so thin. They refused to give a refund, even for the 7 dollars I payed in cash for breakfast. They refused to change my room and refused to help me find accommodation in another hotel. There is only 1 bottle of water in the room. 1 pillow. 1 towel. No toothpaste or other amenities that ALL Korean hotels, motels, and Inns offer. Worst of all, they refused to let a dear old friend come up to my room to check it out. "Security reasons". Please trust me. Avoid this prison at all costs. Since they still refuse a refund I am pursuing legal action against them. Not because I need the one night room fee. But because they are crooks and need to stop ripping people off. Caveat emptor. Literally, the worst hotel in all of South Korea.
