Jeju Bom Museum Stay

Positives include breakfast, friendly team, room views - the grounds (which keep on developing). It's "not corporate" and is a "Pension" type property, meaning more like BNB, but more modern, less New England. I'm impressed they keep pouring more resources into it's development. After 7 years, I can see real marked improvements, along with the wear and tear of mother nature. I hope to be back with my family (3 young children) again before another 7 years pass.

Host was very helpful and the museum visit was worthwhile and eye-opening. A pity it rained and we were unable to visit its tangerine orchard. Nice duplex room for family and the shower area was nice with standing shower and sunken bath. One suggestion is to enhance the road signs to indicate Bom Museum as current signs say Jeju Cafe Stay and we had a little trouble finding the place on the first day.

If you have a car, this is an excellent option, at a peaceful location about 5 minutes' drive from downtown Seogwipo. A truly unique experience. Friendly and helpful service, delightful views of the ocean, tasty cafe food, large affordable rooms, and most importantly, amazing artwork. Our family of three adults stayed for five nights and were very happy.

This was truly a special place to stay. The entire property was so beautiful with art throughout the grounds and the common areas, thoughtful architecture, and a fragrant surprise of rosemary in the gardens. This place is so unique and has much more character than your average hotel experience. We stayed in a duplex guest house which was perfect for a family of three, super clean, comfortable, and a well designed space. The duplex had a terrace and floor-to-ceilings windows that frame the perfect view of the hotel grounds and the ocean and surrounding islands out in the distance. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went above-and-beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Be sure to ask about a museum tour and the owner will give you a private viewing of the gallery. I will definitely be back to visit Jeju Bom again.
