GoldOne Hotel & Suites

Absolutely amazing hotel! Shout out to staff Glenda for being fast and efficient in our housekeeping. She’s very warm and friendly! Hotel overall is clean and spacious. Front desk Staff are really very friendly, patient in giving me directions to tourist spots. Child had fun at the heated pool with great view! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

My family of five stayed at the two bedroom suite. The view was absolutely beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

My family and I stayed at GoldOne and we were very happy and satisfied with the service and amenities at GoldOne. It made our stay at Jeju extremely comfortable and pleasant. Everything was above our expectation. We were happy with the cleanliness, the well thought out design of the property and rooms, and how well maintained the property and the rooms were. Even the smart toilets were exceptionally nice. Above all, the staff was excellent. All were courteous, polite, professional, accommodating, and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome, and were very helpful with our needs. One of the staff even made a phone call for my wife on his personal phone when she needed to reach a business in Seoul. He may have been management, regardless, he was very kind and helpful. We ate the breakfast buffet every morning of our stay, and it was one of the best breakfast buffets we had in Korea. it catered to both western and Korean palate. The food was fresh, high quality, and very tasty. We will stay at GoldOne again when we come back to Jeju. Thank you to GoldOne and all the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay such a wonderful experience. We left with very good memories of our stay.

The sauna was not operational, the hot tub on the balcony was broken and leaked water all over the floor, even without the functionality of the jets. The room is not well insulated from noise from the other guests and I could hear children crying well into midnight. I booked this stay for my mother and I so we could get away and just relax...the main reason I booked this place was because of the sauna and jacuzzi tub...both of which weren't actually available. I was originally in agreement for the fee that they charged for our stay, but with half the stuff I was wanting not working, I should have been offered a discount on my stay. This place is really beautiful, but they did not have the main amenities that I was looking forward to enjoying while on vacation.

In August 2022 we had the pleasure of staying at GoldOne Hotel & Suites on Jeju Island. It was very quiet as out of main Korean holiday season. The hotel is luxurious with amazing views. A medium sized 5* hotel with all the amenities we could need as a family of 5. As our hotel room overlooked the pool, we felt comfortable letting the kids make there own way to the pool to play. Its also a shallow pool, so they were able to touch the bottom. The games room is right next to reception, so the kids would go and collect the things they needed and go play table tennis or darts etc. The international breakfast buffet was amazing and the service phenomonel. We didn't have a car and don't speak Korean, but the hotel manager Sungkwon happily stepped in to arrange transporation and gave great suggestions for places to visit and speciality restaurants to try. It was only a short drive or long walk to the waterfalls and rock pools. The views from the rooftop terrace over the island are amazing. The football stadium was a short 15 min walk away so the hubby/son went to watch a footie match one evening.
