Jeju Sunshine Hotel

we are here now, and couldn't wait to alert other families with small kids. the air conditioner shuts down every 2 hours. thst means you wake up sweatingvub the middle of the night to fix it. then when we came back from btewakfast it wasn't working at all. we were told they were fountains to "turn it back on" at noon... so we went to the beach and came back for our son's nap. 20 minutes into it ot stop working again. we called the lobby complaining about it agaon and they came saying it was broken but thst it woll be fixed fast. AC started working shortly but onky for 10 minutes! !! at this point I had enough so I call and they said nothing. It took me to get down to the lobby with my furious Latina on full stream using all the b pic that god gave me to say we paid over $600 to stay in a hotel with air conditioner and our don has been trying to sleep for the last 2 hours buy it has been inpossible becasue it is freaking 33celsius put there and it is inhumane to be in a room without AC so they needed to fix it right then! they called the manager and he finally offered another room so my son could nap. here I am writing the review in the other freak in room in which the AC is not cooling down the room at all.. this ia a freak in nightmare that is DEFINITELY BUT WORTH THE MONEY! !! By the way ALL this conversations wit the staff have happened in our broken korean and English when I couldn't handle anymore. THE STAFF SPEAKS NO ENGLISH AT ALL!
