Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites

Our family really enjoyed our visit except the room has terrible view and so noisy. Never get 1st floor room ever. You can hear door open and closing sound and people are passing by your window. Also they don’t have curtains. All night street lights shining through your window.

No regret to stay in the villa to spend time together with extended family, as the excellent services and amenities make up for the slight inconvenience of location (walkable distance for able and the young ones ;))

Great hotel, goes bad!! I have stayed here numerous times in the past but now it changed to being on the "Hotel Tour" which means check-in area is a complete mess of guest crowded in, children wandering around. Customer service by the staff is non-existent, rude, not helpful and total lack of language skills except Korean. Check in is 3:00 PM not earlier no exceptions. Many good hotels in this immediate area, skip this one.

Hi, Even thou we stayed there only for one night, it was enough to decide never again. No one speaks English, very poor communication, calling to reception? forget, they never answer the calls from room. No amenties, no cutleries, nothing, room is poorly equiped. When we arrived there was a crowd of people checking in, something like a family of hundred people, to check in one person it was taking forever :( i think we waited about 1 hour, after very long flight, it was quiet annoying and tiring. The only thing that was pocitive is location, very close to train station. Yes, price is good, and maybe we should get annoyed with the negatives, but i think spoon and shower cap should be provided.

It was clean and comfortable. It was better than our usual stay there. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and has access to many different places to eat at or shop. The complimentary coffee (or discount toward a different drink) is ideal. And we were happy to purchase a souvenir for my mother’s gift in the gift shop next to the new cafe. The shuttle bus and its drivers are kind, but a bit too kind as every time I have stayed there, we waited for late passengers who did not even check out and were unapologetically late or had the shuttle stuffed with passengers who did not even make a reservation. Could they or the hotel please do something to enforce the rules they set? It is uncomfortable to be squeezed into an overloaded shuttle with passengers who did not make reservations in advance. And 5 or more minutes makes a huge difference at the counter, security check, and gate…please do not allow one or two family members to hold back a shuttle for other members that are “coming soon”… all other guests made it a priority to check out at least 10 minutes before and wait in line for the shuttle. Others should do the same or catch the next shuttle or find alternative transportation as I once did. Or could the hotel please have someone make advance calls to those who reserved the shuttle and kindly remind/warn them? There should be no waiting…
