I asked many time to front desk to check my room's cold then they said heater will be on in 1hr, but not true. . I repeated this kind of conversation so many time and eventually , the manager came to our room to check the temperature. After checking it, they asked us to change the room however it was midnight and my baby was in the middle of sleeping . I couldn't believe how terrible they care for guests. If you want screw up your vacation, here is the answer " go this resort and feel how rude they are!"
