Place seems new and well managed. Clean and employees are nice and kind. We had a family trip and it was a blast. Our 4 yo daughter did not want to leave the room. You get to see the sunrise and ocean view is just way too beautiful. Breakfast and Dinner buffet or bit expensive but definitely worth it. Hot spring is awesome, too.

I wonder if third-party reservation(like I did throu Hotels.com) gets lower floor room even though I reserved family suite.
