SOLARIA NISHITETSU HOTEL Busan

I don’t think the hotel was accommodating as some other hotels we stayed. Communication was clearly an issue. I reserved a family suite with a king bed and 2 twins for 4 family members. When we got to the hotel around 2:30 pm, I asked the front desk if it was just one single room or a suite as I was confused and the room picture looked like no divider between the king bed and 2 twin beds. I was told it was just one room. Hearing and thinking everyone sharing one bedroom, I asked if we could switch to 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. I was told no. I had no choice but booked another room right away through Expedia . We had to wait in a small lobby to check in a few minutes before 3:00. When I complained about having to book another room during the check in, I was told by another staff I had booked 2 reservations and they could not refund me as I paid Expedia for both already. When I got to the room with the king bed, I found out there is a glass wall and door between 2 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms.
