the location was perfect. it was right in the heart of BIFF, Busan tower and Jagalchi Market. There is a bakery and cafe downstairs and easy access to the famous Sulbing dessert cafe for some yummy bingsu which is conveniently located on the third floor of the hotel. the rooms could be a little bit cleaner than I would like, but it was doable since we were out most of the day. would definitely recommend to family and friends for their trips to Busan.

during autumn no air conditioner is in the room. no toothbrush n limited shower gel . noisy if needed to open window to sleep. be prepare for mosquitoes to fly in . aircon until was very dusty . There are better Hotel in the area. Honestly i will not stay again . i book a premier family rm although request for high floor and non smoking as my kid is allergic to tobacco room still have very strong tobacco smell . SUCK.

My family have had a very good experience here. The staff are good and friendly, especially a trainee she was so helpful. My family bumped into a typhoon at the last day of the trip. The hotel’s arrangement was good during the sudden situation.
