I was very presently surprised when arriving at the hotel Anita on reception recognized me from my last stay 3 months ago and gave me and family a very warm reception. Things like this made our stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Anita.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, walking distance from the airport with shuttle provided. The food was great too. Shower set up in the room could be better. It’s a hotel I would recommend to my family and friends.

Total chaos at shuttle pick up from airport - lots of people staying at hotel. People pushing in front of each other to get in small shuttle bus. Hotel staff should be there when the late flight comes in to help with the situation. Plenty of staff on site so why not have somebody at airport when they know lots of people coming. Women and children being pushed out of way. Waited an hour to travel a 3 minute shuttle. Not able to walk with luggage and for safety reasons.

Quick over night stop in between flights. Shuttle service is well run and easy to access. The beautiful garden was a great place to relax and let my toddler play after a long haul flight. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that the pillows on the bed are awful, but so few hotels get this right.
