Excellent facilities. Well trained personable staff members. Exceptional management team. Comfortable rooms. Very spacious. Clean / quiet / exactly what is advertised and more. Watertight security including the fact that you need a key card to access not only your room/s but also the elevators. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate our many bizarre requests and showed no surprise or overt interest in the rational for same a fact I very much appreciate. Would I recommend- absolutely. Friendly helpful reception staff, clean rooms, modern property, good location with plenty of shopping and restaurant choices. Parking access is a bit convoluted and en suite bathroom privacy (due to glass door and openings) is not ideal for families. The appeal of the swimming pool area is diminished by crowding at day and night and general public access.
