A great family stay at this hotel over the Easter weekend. Great location right next to the amazing Postjama Caves. Friendly staff and good dining options, including breakfast buffet. Updated decor and very family/pet friendly.

I have kids. Stayed here with kids. Never heard other kids scream so long or loud. Oh, and the barking dogs... nonstop...all night long. Could have been the thin doors. Calls to reception proved no help. Hotel nicely updated. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location great if you want to see the castle or caves.

Beautiful hotel, clean and pleasant room; fairly small room. Friendly front desk staff. All guests required to register with passport at front desk. Excellent breakfast buffet. Stayed here with kids, visited the amazing caves just steps away from the hotel. Room did not have a mini fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience at this hotel! Great location and convenient parking. I read other customers reviews about loud children... I didn't experience that at all. Nice and quiet and I slept like a baby. Loved proximity to cave and shops and restaurants.
