The service here is incredible. A true five-star destination hotel. Jovana and Maria are all-stars- arranged all our adventures and cared for us as if we were family.

Service was outstanding from arrival to departure, breakfast choice meant no one went hungry and the rooms were large and comfortable. Ski hire was on site and meant easy start and end to the day even with tired kids. Kitchen sorted a birthday cake for my daughter and staff were really excellent and seemed to be enjoying their jobs too, which made the atmosphere really positive throughout our stay.

Great design and room amenties. Poor breakfast area. Better kids facilities- spa area entry not allowed which leaves outdoor heated pool that is not connected to indoors and can get a bit cold.
