Hotel Riu Baobab - All Inclusive

Hello. We really enjoyed our time, kids and I were super duper happy. The room could be cleaner, honestly (hairs on the covers, spider nets behind the toilet's door, ants on the sofa...) . But overall, it was a good experience.

beautiful property/ resort. family friendly, dinning and entertainment options. staff was welcoming and helpful. A bit far from the city center. beds are uncomfortable and cheap furniture ( bathroom shelf broke). the club could use a better Dj and the drinks could be better.

The check-in process was terrible. We arrived at 2:30pm and was told the room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. We checked back at 3pm and the room was still not ready the front desk attend told me he was going to walk to the room to see if it’s ready and when became back still didn’t let me know whether the room was ready or not. I had to consistently keep asking for an update. She. The room was finally ready our luggages in the lobby were never brought to the room and I had to go back and get it myself when I was already told it would be brought to my room. Mind you I’m traveling with my my family (including 2 toddlers). I wish they were more organized.
