Noisy room, did not sleep the entire night because a baby was screaming next door. The refrigerator in room was broken down and when I asked for ice in the room they charged 7 euros

Room Air conditioner was broken and was not fixed after repeat reminders. Carpet was dirty. Car parking is 4/5 floor below and is a nightmare to get in and out. Wanted to check out early due to family emergency, they did not approve. Access road is all dug up. No VIP benefits, no upgrade. On a positive note, most staff were very courteous and helpful.
