Great stay for our family of 3.

Great location.Hotel is metro ride from airpot. Ride to Trinadade stop, exit bldg and look to top of hill, there it is 5 min walk. Difficult transition to very hi tech hotel. Got stuck in elevator day one but after that - easier w/direction from staff. Great room, city view. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is extensive & delicious. Enjoyed complimentary bottle of wine & also still water. 38 television stations in English made viewing pleasurable. Easy walk to old town about 20 minutes. True highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are all very knowledgeable of the area and extemely accomodating. We found ourselves engaged in coversation with staff daily. Our stay was 7 nights. Cannot fail to mention housekeeping. They were fabulous also. I certainly recommend this hotel for one night or 2 week stay. If children are guests, there are 2 robots moving around that will deliver items to the rooms and water bottles to the guests. It ended up a perfect stay.

Stayed in the suite with balcony. The room was clean and the views were impressive. Unfortunately at 10pm loud dance music started vibrating through the walls and didn’t stop until 2am, which was less than idea as was travelling with family. I complained to staff but they didn’t even bother to acknowledge the issue or apologise the next day. I certainly won’t be returning to a YOTEL.
