Hotel Star Inn Lisbon Aeroporto

Super convenient for the airport and much cleaner than I expected. Parking is frustrating, you park and then pay at the front desk but that is not clear at all. We paid and then still had to go back upstairs twice because it didn’t update. Bed was comfortable and the layout worked for our family with connecting rooms.

Nice hotel. Very expensive for what you get. No rooms for 4 people, forces you to take two rooms for a family of 4.

Very clean, more of a family grade level hotel. Missed not having a souvenir shop to grab last minute gifts. Rooms are small, but probably average for Europe. Bathrooms are very cramped (toilet was right up against the wall). Overall a clean and friendly place to stay for couple of nights.

Used Express check in on line. Onarrival stood at express check in and lady waved me to come to main check despite me having walking difficulty. Not a good start, room I booked not available. Hotel description advised to book airport shuttle only to be told you can’t and have to wait in queue for it outside. Ended up pulling case up hill to airport. That said breakfast buffet and dinner buffet excellent , location close to Metro and airport perfect. The second night we stayed a large party of schoolchildren checked in. Noise , difficult to use lift because of lack of supervision and respect.

Star Inn Hotel is a great choice for accommodations near the Lisbon Airport. Cost was very reasonable and the room, facilities, and restaurant are excellent. My family stays here each time we have and early morning flight.

Clean and convenient. It was a relaxing and hassle free way to end our 10 day family trip in Portugal. Returned our rental car the day before our flight and stayed at this hotel overnight. The shuttle to the airport was great and we also used it to get picked up from the airport when we returned the rental car.
