The 7 Hotel

Great hotel in a wonderful part of Lisbon .. rooms and accommodations were perfect family . Location was perfect with cafes, shopping and abundance of sites and historic places to see. Would stay again and Lisbon as a location far exceeded my expectations

We stayed 3 nights in room 503 and the room had bedbugs. My husband actually found a live bedbug on our pillow the morning we checked out. We left the hotel with almost 80 bites between the two of us. They were concentrated on the upper part of the bed bc the bites were down our arms, torsos, back, and hands. We panicked and flush the bedbug down the toilet before we thought to save it and show the front desk that we weren’t lying. Clearly there were many many more bedbugs in that room and that should be dealt with. We just couldn’t get out of this hotel fast enough. The bites were horrendous. Outside of the bedbugs, we also often did not have hot water in the shower and our AC in the room kept going out. I had to call the front desk multiple times during our stay to get them to switch the AC back on. There was also one day where our room wasn’t tidied up before 6pm and my husband and infant had to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours for the room to be cleaned. How does it take that long to replace dome towels?! I would honestly love a refund, we stayed in 7 different hotels throughout our month long trip in Europe and this was the absolute worst. There is also no way other people have not previously reported bedbugs in that room, just given how many of them there had to be in order for us to get that many bites. That room needs to be fumigated and should not be allowed to get booked again anytime soon.
