We stayed for 3 nights, me and wife, we are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, really good breakfast with good variety, outstanding cleanliness and extremely convenient and safe location. A couple of things to pick although minor - the shower wasn’t draining fast and water was overflowing from the tray and there was no exhaust fan but the cleaners sorted it out. A more vegan variety in breakfast would help. The other point that worked very well for us is having supermarket was super useful. We highly recommend this hotel to families, couple and business trips.

Having just returned from Lisbon, we can wholeheartedly endorse all the postive reviews of this lovely hotel. Its in a perfect spot to explore, the room was huge and spotlessly clean, beautiful unique furnishing touches on each floor, breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the staff so polite and courteous. Particular thanks to the hotel for being so understanding when we had to change our booking due to family reasons and accomodating our revised dates. It's an absolute gem of a hotel and we will definitely be returning.
