We were welcomed by very friendly front desk lady who recommended breakfast place for us. The room is spacious with good natural lights. However the AC takes some time to work.. the location - thought it would still be close enough to walk to places but it wasn’t , we heavily rely on bus and metro (which they are also not so reliable / punctual). The rooftop was nice and pool was sadly filled with kids,l

We absolutely loved the Lumen! We spent 2 nights in a family suite (connecting rooms) which was even better than expected. Tons of space, great bathrooms, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the double room was great for our family of 4. A 30 minute walk to the waterfront. The parking garage is tight for a large vehicle. It was a bit nerve wracking getting in and out in 9 seater van but we made it, although I would recommend you stay above ground if you have a very big vehicle! We missed the light show sadly but it was worth watching on room tablet. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Lumen as a family for a week in August. Like the other reviewers we found that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very modern. They do scheme whereby if you forego cleaning your room they give you a €5 voucher at the bar. Breakfast choice was really good. There are eateries local. It felt a business district in terms of location but easy to get to the centre and attractions by foot or public transport. Kids loved the roof top swimming pool although not unsurprisingly it is small and can get busy in the afternoon. The light show was a bonus as well. Would go back for sure
