Hotel Algarve Casino

Another fabulous stay in the Algarve Casino. The location of this hotel is second to none. The hotel itself is beautiful & all areas, including the pool areas are spotless, All of the staff are really lovely, A special shout out to Louis, Jose, Anna, Luis & Viktor. The welcome you receive makes you feel like family!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very good for all ages & the area felt very safe. The breakfast room is a bit chaotic & felt the hot food selection could be better. The sea view family room is very spacious & has a balcony facing the seafront with nice views. The staff are helpful,the facilities were very good & the beach is superb! Would definitely stay here again.

Just left after 1 week in a junior suit with a mix of experience of the stay. Locations is perfect and great view and nice big pool, with heated sea water. The kids where disappointed as they could not play ball or use inflated toys and no splashing around. Breakfast was well organized and good Viority of food and drink. Apple juice you have to ask for the same for omelets, but come fast and tasts good. The guy handling the luggage is always smiling and really lifts the impression of the hotel. But the rooms look tied and could need a fresh up as it can fell like you live in the basement. But the service level of the reception staff and willing to find solutions to help the customers is low. Started bad as our room wasn’t cleaned at check in time and they couldn’t say when it would be ready but could use the pool and come back after 30 min. As we came back the room still wasn’t ready and still didn’t know when we could get it. After complaining the manager came and they found a solution and just gave us another room on the same floor. The balcony was nice and big with a perfect view room 868, but not all on the floor has a full view do to flowers and bush. There was only 2 glasses for 4 people and could see dirty fingers had touched them. I complained in the reception but I should talk to the room service to get new glasses as they don’t work together. I refused and after a bit they called room service and new glasses would come as soon as possible. After 2 hours non

I stay here last week with my family . I have 2 young kids and the overall service is fantastic. From the night I entered the Hotel till the day we left. The Ocean view room was amazing ,facing the beach is absolutely breathaking . Some of the furniture are quite old that maybe needs updating but otherwise fine. The kiddies swimming pool should have been a little bit heated up so young kids can enjoy. But overall I cannot see any fault. Will highly recommend it with everyone.
