Really disappointed about the service level, we booked the room for two adults and two kids and we received the room for the three. Then we been told WE HAVE TO PAYfor the one of the kid due problem with booking issue

Nice place for a calm stay. The roow was clean, tea and cofee available in the room. There is a bus stop near the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. I reccomend this hotel for families and couples.

we wanted to be close to downtown Gdansk and price was a factor as well.....it's reasonably close to the airport.......scenic drive .....public transit is just out side the door but we chose the convenience of taxi.............................................restaurant choices are limited to two small restaurants ( closed for a wedding on the night we were there) at another hotel within a few hundred meters and one family run that is short on service...... would advise eating in Gdansk for lunch and dinner...breakfast was good with a variety of choices......Staff was helpful in Polish and English.....helped with tourist highlights, public transit, etc.......some traffic noise at night but with windows closed should not interfere with sleep......would definitely recommend this hotel to others......overall , our experience was excellent.
