First time in my life that a hoyel staff refuses to warm my baby's food in the kitchen because "sorry we are not allowed to warm food not from the hotel". We were speaking about a small jar for a 1 year old baby... but again i got to hear "sorry it's our rule".

I tried to cancel the reservation as I made it for Ukrainian mother and her 5 & 6 year old children that were trying to escape the war, but were unable to pass border security, thus not being able to check in when they were arriving. I called the hotel the day prior to her arrival, but I was told it was non-refundable. Not being able to pass the border guards not only cost the money for the rooms and airfare, but also sent her back to Kiev where she has no electricity, internet, water or heat
