Great location! Just steps from Rynek. Very clean place. We had a Junior suite for 4 travelers. It was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need for a family travel. Breakfast buffet was a big hit with a tremendous selection of hot and cold items. Something for everyone. My kids loved it!

Property is dated. No maid service unless you ask (which we didnt know). The night we checked in there was a marathon in the city and the hotel did not warn us. Every street leading to the hotel and garage was blocked and we were not able to get to our hotel until 1am. We had small children with us. I wish the hotel could have warned us. Overall the star system the US uses is nothing like the one in Europe. The stars dont mean much here- you can stay in a brand new 2 star hotel thats wonderful vs a 5 star hotel thats awful. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Great hotel which had a very nice large room for us with our two young children. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Had it not been for the kids we would have no doubt explored the spa facilities too!
