The Granary - La Suite Hotel

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Let me tell you why.. We booked to nights here, and arrived evening the first night. The rooms are made entirely of glass windows and the temp. Outside on the day around 30 degrees. Inside the room you can guess is very very warm. And then the air condition doesn’t work! We tell the staff! But nobody at work at that point who can fix it. The fridge in the apartment doesn’t work either. So we have 55€ worth of food going bad instantly! We managed to get a few hours of sleep, and then get to the prepaid breakfast. That breakfast is then limited! So if you want the good parts of the breakfast you have to pay more! I kid you not! Again we were promised our air conditioner would be fixed, and the fridge also. We go city looking and after a long day in 30+ degrees we get back to the hotel, To find out the air conditioning didn’t get fixed. The fridge not either. We are told they don’t have other rooms. So at 19:30 we need to take our stuff and leave the hotel and find another hotel. The staff is rude, and unprofessional. We haven’t bin given any refunds at all. No help from Hotels.Com either. Manager at hotel never calls us back. Tried calling the hotel several times. All staffers are like “we don’t care” !
