Gorgeous hotel. Kind staff. Wonderful stay for our family. I loved the location and how close it was to shops, restaurants and cultural attractions.

I loved everything about my staying! The bed was so confortable that I slept like a baby! The room was beautiful. I loved the personal touch such a leaving sheets of paper with difrent stories about Krakow, the forecast for Krakow etc. Also, we needed to check out really early, and the front desk guy made us cofee to go.

Loved this hotel... great room! Walkable to everything and a very nice area. Great for families, had two separate rooms that were attached with two bathrooms, very spacious with sitting area. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay in a family suite over new year. being on the main road in the old town, it was a bit noise over night due to the new year celebrations until early morning. the rest was fabulous.
