Hotel Wielopole

Hotel Wielopole was as good as all the reviews said. Perfect location, friendliest staff, good food in the restaurant. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Krakow, which I hope to do with the whole family someday.

The staff at Hotel Wielopole is what makes this hotel so special. With the craziness of flight cancellations, delays, etc during the holidays, Hotel Wielopole and all it's staff (Karolina, Rafal, Klaudia) ensured I had a pleasant stay regardless of running into such a horrible time with Lufthansa and United. I thoroughly enjoyed spending Christmas with them! They all made my time in Poland so memorable- from Polish Christmas cakes on Christmas day to ensuring I had a boxed lunch for an early morning tour, they were awesome!! I am looking forward to my next trip to Poland where I can bring my children to stay at Hotel Wielopole. Hotel Wielopole, you have some very special employees! Take care of them! The location was perfect- walking distance to everything you need and completely safe! Krakow was so beautiful and exceeded my expecations in so many ways. Thank you again Hotel Wielopole!
