Large suite was amazing and great value for what we got. Large bathroom behind glass wall was probably the highlight. Shower super comfortable. Another toilet was there which is good although our stay was too short to ever use it. 2 modern TV, great view from the window on Stary Browar, comfortable bed. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was not good to add as it was pretty nice and good for our family of 4. Parking we found too expensive so we used city parking 100m away. Probably parking would make more sense if we stayed longer. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed but probably the reason for this good price and we would not be able to use it arriving late.

I had a special request made when booking my stay and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff did exactly what I needed. I thank them for that. Overall the hotel is very big but due to the nicest people working there, you get a feeling of intimacy. It is very comfortable, perfectly located and I would say it is also family oriented. The only thing I would change would be the lighting in the bathrooms which is less than ideal for putting makeup on. Also, the glass door/wall to the bathroom is squeaky clean, watch out :) !

This could be a fantastic hotel, if only the bathroom was not made of glass.... Glass window, glass door. The manual blind that is supposed to make everything private is in three parts which don't match up, so there are gaps. On top of that, the system to operate the blind is manual and so overused that most of the time it does not work properly or one of the blind panels comes off from its Velcro fastening. All rooms in the hotel are like that, other than on floor 9 but the rooms there are a lot more expensive. There is also a gap between the door and the glass panel, letting out odours, noise etc. And if you need the bathroom in the night, you have to put the light on which lights up the whole room, then pull the blind which is a rather noisy and inefficient process. Cannot work out who would ever think this is a viable design option! Might be great for business people travelling alone but we are a family of three and don't particularly enjoy watching each other's ablutions.

Great location, but some things need improvement, e.g. I booked a junior suite and when I got to my room it was a plain 'comfort' room. It took a trip to the reception desk confirming my reservation and some wait to have it fixed but the accommodation was made; not all elevators worked during the time I was there; one of the employees checking the breakfast list challenged my eligibility, which again, was clarified; sink drain in the main bathroom did not open properly allowing the water to drain. Overall, those were rather minor things albeit annoying, but I would still go back there because of the location and great amenities.
