Zuri Hotel

My family really enjoed staying at Zuri hotel. It is very accesible to a big mall, since the location ofvthe hotel is just beside the biggest mall. They enjoyed the overlooking pool day and night and they have an awesome free breakfast. Overall i highly recommended ZURI Hotel

Booked for my family. They all enjoyed their stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has comfomfortable bed, good breakfas and just beside the mall. But the best of all is the customer service of the staff. Thank Zuri hotel❤️

Arrived 30mins before check in and the front desk told me that one room was still being cleaned and another one was still occupied. We waited for 2pm (exact check in time) and still the rooms were being cleaned and told us to wait another 15mins. After 15mins we had to initiate asking for options like just checking in on one room and get the 2nd room later just so we could rest. All they could say was sorry. The front desk staff did not know how to problem solve issues, seemed like they only knew to do what they were told to do and didn’t know how to figure out solutions when a problem arises. Basically cut our stay short by the late check in. On check out day, they knocked on our door asking us what time we were checking out when it wasn’t even check out time yet. Check out process was also a mess, they made us wait again to get cleared of our 2 rooms. I don’t know if they only have one person checking all the rooms for check out. This is not the first time I’ve been to a hotel. Some hotels you don’t even have to show your face at the desk to check out and if there’s any damages they just charge your card. Very disappointing stay for me and my family who were only looking to relax.
