Surfside Boracay Resort

Receptionist is percect, Massager is good, but bar staff is crazy. My family stayed here 3 days for last Chinese new year holiday season. Each day has at least one miss-order at the restaurant. On Feb. 17th, I ordered Tanuki Udon at 5:15 PM and nothing happened. I asked to staff I still didn't got my dishes at 6:00 PM and he said it is still cooking. However nothing happened again. lol. Finally I asked to bar staff to cancel my Tanuki at 6:20 PM and I saw bar staff started to cook at that time. That Tanuki is not traditional and no restaurant in Tokyo let me wait more than 1 hr for Tanuki. So funny.

A great hotel right on the beach in station 3. Stayed 2 nights in their junior suite and am really glad we picked that room. It is really large with a comfy bed, sofa, dining table, massage table and a private roof deck overlooking the ocean. The staff is very friendly and I preferred the area as it’s easy to get most places yet relatively quiet. The free breakfast didn’t have a ton of choices but everything was good. After staying a few places in Boracay this is the only hotel I would return to.
