Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, an IHG Hotel

Room was very nice and clean. We're a family of 4 and the beds were perfect for us. We had 2 super king which gave us space and comfortable sleep.

This is a beautiful Hotel that is connected to the mall. The morning breakfast was great and Cris was nice and helpful to my family. We will be back again to use.

Staff were always friendly & accommodating. Hotel was conveniently attached to a shopping mall. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options each morning. We also loved the playroom on this level for our toddler 😊

We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover in Manila during a stressful relocation. I paid a lot of extra money ($250) to get a two-bedroom suite for the family, in order to smooth our difficult trip. The nice woman at the front desk said "Just call us if you need anything!" She also promised to send up a scale because we had some suitcases that needed weighing. That was the end of the good service. The phones didn't work (the button marked "Front Desk did nothing, dialed "0" but no one picked up), so I couldn't call. Tried to visit the front desk but they were mobbed. Furniture in the suite was broken-down yard sale (no bedside table?). The food was late and strange. They brought a beer but no opener. Every part of the room was old and ugly. The carpet smelled. The scale they brought was ancient and broken. I told the bellman the phones didn't work and he said "Just dial 3 for the bell desk." Tried that, it rang and rang. No one picked up. Tried "0" again but no one answered. When we checked out at 8am, the front desk was mobbed and there was one guy running the whole thing. When we called the hotel to help us with an airport transfer before we arrived, they transferred us 3 times, then finally to a guy who said they had nothing. This hotel is old, understaffed, and desperately in need of a renovation. The fact that IHG allows this place to function (and charges top dollar) is criminal. I will never stay here, at any Holiday Inn, or any IHG property ever again.

My family loved staying there all the time but these staffs always tell them that I always didnt pay for breakfast buffet. I added more for that but they still cant see that. Its been annoying already

Rooms smells like walls were just re painted. Bad for kids and adults as well. Carpets dirty and smelly We had to pay parking because parking pass was never issued although I asked receptionist at check in but no parking pass was received nor instructions to collect it from concierge.

They would not let my family get the free breakfast but I paid for it. There was an issue with their reservation and let my sister wait for a long time for them to confirm there is a free breakfast for 2.

Our room was big and spacious and seems newly renovated, with 2 king-sized beds, a couch, benches on the end of the bed, and a reading nook. Everything was great, except my son got bitten by bed bugs on the arm while sitting on the chair in the reading nook. I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, but we only got 2 towels. The 4th floor going to Robinson's Galleria could use a renovation too. It smelled bad.
