The Bellevue Resort

We had an absolute blast at Bellevue! Every moment, from arrival to departure, was flawless. The spa, tours, gift shop, pool, dining, and room service were all incredible. Already planning our next visit and definitely recommending it to family and friends. Big shoutout to Sheila, James, Ador, John Paul, Francis, Dominic, Joel, Josephine, Ferdinand, and the spa team for making our stay truly magical. You guys rock! - Ed and Sara

Love the rustic feel of the hotel lobby on arrival. Nice & windy & spacious too. 2 main highlights of hotel besides big rooms & good service is Children play area at basement with free games, basketball arcade, video arcade, table soccer, toddler area, snooker on top & the other would be the wonderful infinity pool which overlooks the beach which is just next to it! And if u get up early enough, walk along beach & catch hermit crabs, play with starfishes, Round worm hunting, but watch out for sea urchins! Also venture out to chocolate hills, Tarsier, River Cruise with seafood lunch, snake zoo etc... one word to describe-Awesome!!!

Resort is a great place to relax. Not too crowded (only 150+ rooms) and great for families to chill and hang out. Great view of sunset by the beach.

My family and I enjoyed this property very much. Great pool area (separated into 3 sections - 2 feet for kids, 4 feet for lounging adults, and 12 feet for diving). Decent (though pricey for Bohol standards) restaurant. Nice play area for the kids young and old downstairs with ping-pong, video games, and an air hockey table. The only drawback we had was the location of the resort itself. Until we had set up for a tour of Bohol, we had no idea how isolated this place was. You're a captive audience at this hotel - food is expensive on property! We ate at a place called "Mon Ami" (I think) about 100 yards from the hotel. Also try to set up a driver to take you to Alona Beach for more eating options. (FYI we enjoyed eating at the Bee Farm so much that we ate there twice!!) One note about the breakfast: the staff will tell you the restaurant opens at 7 AM for breakfast. But, it actually opens at 6 AM! Though they are still setting up, you can eat what's out (and what they're putting out). In our case, we had 2 little ones that were battling jet lag so we pretty much woke up at 4 AM every morning. The 6 AM breakfast was a godsend!!
