Henann Resort Alona Beach

Good for guest with family.

This is a great family-friendly resort but if you're also going as a couple (like we did), they have adult-only pools and the resort is so big that you never have to fight over space. The resort is also located in the centre of Bohol so extremely convenient to pop out to get water, food etc. instead of having to rent a trike every time.

The Henann villas in Alona are our home for a few days when we visit family in Bohol. My little one and I can enjoy the small pool 24/7, which perfectly accommodates our wake times from jet lag. The staff has been friendly (improved over the years), and the response time to phone calls and issues have been quicker. The only thing I would suggest and wish is for the return of the breakfast buffet for their Villa guests at Christina’s café (instead of at the current general buffet places at the Coral and Sea Breeze locations). Also, they should accomodate more for minors who are staying at the Villa when it comes to using (and enjoying) the Lounge. Maybe use the outdoor part of the Lounge for those adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages, and allow kids to use the indoor/air conditioned space? The current situation I find to be too discriminating for kids and for the guest families who are staying at the Villa. I strongly suggest a more FAMILY-friendly setup. Thanks!

Henann is one of my most favorite resorts! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They have 4 restaurants, pool bars and room service was awesome! The pools were amazing, 4 large ones. My most favorite is the beachfront infinity pool. They’re closed late so you can enjoy after tours to unwind. This place is great for the whole family.

Good hotel in a convenient location for everything in the Alona beach area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was good although the food is never that warm. Room was big, clean and comfortable and well equipped. Pools, there are loads and never busy during our stay. The beach is white powdery sand and the sea is shallow, so ideal for children. Our 2nd time in Bohol and we'd definitely come back. We'd almost certainly use Hennan again as we've always had a good experience staying in their hotels when we travel.

Huge resort,good amenities , clean and grounds are well cared for . Cater to families .

The information was very friendly. My husband and I and my whole family was very happy,from the information, to the room,swmming pool and the foods... Only thing i can complain is,the bar people should wait and not to scared that we not going to pay our order. I bring only the key and towel..Im not not used to bring telefone and wallet.I used to charge in my room,but the bar boy always asked as for the payment hehehe

When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to process the order. So very big and clean hotel with lots of facilities but service can be improved and if you dont like screaming children all over the place on your holiday i would go somewhwre else.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGGGG RESORT!!! BEST HENNAN!!!! .. The place looked incredible. The photos dont do justice. The family room was decent and clean. Amazing views from the beach front!! The service was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious - breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!!

Fantastic resort, it’s an amazing place, family had a great time and we will be back for sure.
