Third time in this hotel And always very happy with the service, the staff professionalism and the facilities for all the family. Great location, good breakfast included. Pool for kids is a must and happy hour is great.

It has all your needs from pool setting to beach access and views. It’s very quiet but accessible to other places such as restaurants and nightlife. The only issue I foresee is the road to the hotel aimce it’s unpaved and the parking might become an issue if you were to have a celebration there. But aside from that it has all thr bella and whistles like gym, restaurant, pool incla kids section, and most importantly is the beach access.

Nice location and easy place to stay with a family. Unfortunately we had some problems with our room and it took 3 complaints that something started to happen. Very noisy hotel as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am sure there is better options in bohol!

I love the place it’s a well kept property, staff are very attentive and courteous. Everything is perfect for me and my family, 10/10 keep it up highly recommended for my family and friends inUS and Cebu.

Will not stay here again. Had we not paid in advance with no refund Expedia policy we would have checked out early moved to a resort. The noise, cold/lack of diversity food, slow service, drains backups, music too loud all day, unruly children running wild, and other things make it not palatable hotel for a couple wanting to relax peacefully when on vacation. No hot water. Water lukewarm at best with drainage back up. Shower no door and water from coming out when showering. Breakfast Buffet cold and catered only to locals. Food was NOT hot, despite being on burners (set to low!) or having fuel cans NOT lit which made us a little bit concerned still being in a pandemic and so many people touching the utensils not washing their hands. Service was slow. Ordered 2 drinks and fries, 45 minutes later the beers arrived warm and the french fries cold. Noise nonstop daily. If you like loud noise 24/7 this is your place. If you actually want to relax and have some peace and quiet this is not the place to be. Children jumping up and down above us running up/ down the hallways slamming doors at night playing. “Family friendly hotel” doesn’t mean let child(ren) run wild with no discipline or control when encroaching on the other guests. 100 peso tips to EACH cleaning person before they started cleaning incentive things were STILL missed such as putting replacing empty soaps, taking away dirty glasses, clean towels debatable pubic hair found. Hotels should have some catering for Americans.

Hotel modern, clean, breakfast included, amazing staff. Games area for the kids, kids pool Area. Chairs for the hotel on the beach. I went with my husband and 3 kids and we had a perfect vacation at the BW hotel. Recommended 100% even if breakfast with limited choices bus still Good.

My family and I stayed for two nights here. What we liked most about this hotel is the location, it is located at beach front so you can easily go swim and walk along the restaurants of Alona beach. The interior looks cozy and the exterior of the hotel is uniquely designed. I also loved the open bar at the 3rd floor. It is a perfect spot to chill and have some drinks at night with friends and family. Highly recommended!

Right by Alona beach, great for family and kid. Has a big pool for both children and adults to enjoy. Free breakfast included.
