Park Inn By Radisson Clark

Okay for short stay, two beds were quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. It was not a sound proof room we can hear guests screaming and laughing by the hallway. It was a limited breakfast selections as well. Accessible to the SM mall and restaurants.

It was a long awaited family trip and the choice to stay at the Park Inn Hotel at SM Clark was absolutely perfect. It being the first experience for my in-laws to stay at a hotel, I wanted to make sure they enjoyed it at the same levels I would and as I mentioned, perfection and simply amazing service from the staff from start to finish and everything in between. The breakfast/brunch service is awesome and great addition for the price, highly recommended. Thank you to the staff and management of Park Inn SM Clark for accommodating me and my family. We will be back.

The location and hospitality of the staff are the top most features of this hotel. It is conveniently situated close to the mall, whereas you can get everything you need from dining options, shopping and many more. Although it can also be traffic around the area. The issue we had experienced was the noise from the hallway, kids running, yelling and people chatting. The room obviously is not sound proof. We reported it as we are trying to get some sleep from a long flight. However, there were no other available room for us to transfer that day. Also, the room is quite small and pricey but I guess, you’re paying for the convenience of the location. Overall, we still had a good stay.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Very accesible to restaurants and transportation. The staffs are very respectful and polite. One thing that I admire the most is when my daughter forgot her airport when we checked out. I called the property, and they were able to save it and return it. I genuinely admire the honesty of the staff. We had an overall wonderful stay. I highly recommend it for families and friends. Thank you so much!

Parking: They have a designated area near the hotel guarded by the guard. But if you arrived late (esp on weekends) you would need to fight for a space in the open parking which will def not make you happy. Reception: Super friendly and courteous. Room: Room space was super small for a couple. Bed was nice but we were not too happy with the following: aircon is too cold and cannot be controlled unless you turn it off. Bathroom was not too clean due to its dirty tiles. We were happy that it was just a walking distance to SM Clark. The room was definitely not for a family due to its lack of space but if you are a single person doing a business trip, might be a good place to stay. We have visited almost all the biggest hotels inside Clark and we ought to stay inside the CFZ area than go back to the hotel for its really small room.

Good one night stay, booked junior suite and was more spacious than the pics suggested! Great location next to SM mall
