Wyndham Costa del Sol Tumbes

On check in desk staff were rude. On arrival to room it was found that the key would not lock the room. Made us wait for almost an hour while maintenance man tried to fix lock. Then made us wait again for someone to clean a different room. In the middle of the night the air conditioning stopped working. When maintenance arrived in the morning they went somewhere and flipped a switch to turn it back on. Apparently they just turned it off. No apologies from anyone for anything. In fact when I asked them to comp a bottle of water I used during the night because the children were suffering they flatly refused. I will never stay here again. I thought Wyndham was a quality hotel but I guess not. I will review further on my YouTube channel. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this facility.

Everything was great specially their staff they only problem my family and I got was with the pool it wasn’t clean water was not cleared and and to many mosquito and other stuff in the water was green
