This hotel is wonderful amazing 🤩 my 8 year old daughter and I enjoyed it so much , the pool was awesome ,they also have a tempered indoor pool , we used it once only because they charge you 25$ per hour but it was totally worth it , also there’s alpacas outside chilling around the premises, we got to feed a baby alpaca 🦙 and we pet other adult ones too, my daughter loved it , breakfast was included and it was delicious, a lots of options and the staff were very friendly,helpful,good and kind people like (Dianesa,Victor,Santiago and Kris) the views outside the hotel were beautiful 😍 specially the Rio Vilcanota right next to it, overall I absolutely endorse and recommend this hotel to everyone, I’d definitely come back next time!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My family and I have a wonderful time. The location is idyllic, the food was an absolute threat every day, and the best part was the staff. Congrats to Yahamil and Harol for making us feel at home.
