Loved the property. Extremely pleased with all amenities. The suite was the right experience for my family. Pictures are certainly accurate. Service and staff were top notch. Only suggestion would be to improve the property’s reception and entrance areas to enhance and complete the whole Inkaterra experience. A special thanks to all the ladies at the front desk for their hospitality.

The hot tubs nestled in tropical plants was a real hit -- my family couldn't wait to get back in them! The pond was a super cold plunge (50 degrees?) -- our only wish was that the pond was heated for swimming, not just quick cold plunge. Loved the free nature expeditions (bears, birds, nature and tea plantation)-- all tour guides very personable and great. Restaurants were fantastic, staff really wonderful especially Olga. Overall a terrific stay and we highly recommend!
